Why is it taking more then 6 days for my game to arrive?

I just joined Gamefly and my games shipped the same night i rented the games which gave me optimism. However its been since Friday 11/11/11 and today is 11/16/11. Its 5 going on 6 days and I still have received my games. I ordered something that same day on a different website and it came alot sooner and the place I ordered it from is further then Gamefly HQ. Please tell me how I can find out if it was delivered, or was sent somewhere else, or if its still on its way.

Well Nov. 11th was vetrens day so no mail runs on that day. Count Saturday as 1 day no mail on Sunday. Monday, Tue, and today so 3 full days. I bet tomarrow you will get them. It also depends on your location.
