Why do you keep sending the wrong game?
I have had Modern Warfare 3 as number one in my game Q for quite some time, but instead I was sent Rage which was number two, or three in my Q.

Games are sent first based on availability then by the order they are in your GameQ.

Newer releases are sent first to those members who have had the game in their GameQ the longest. (First come, first serve.) You need to add upcoming titles to your queue as far in advance as possible, weeks to months before they are released. That will improve your odds of getting the title on or near release day tremendously.
Newer games that are in high demand will always take a while to ship out unless you added that game to your queue a long time in advance.

You will never get a new release by renting it! Those new releases are just impossible to get by renting.

Ive got dead island,gears 3,mw3,skyrim all shipped on release date you just have to put games on your que the day gamefly puts them on the coming soon list and a little luck helps. they ship the game that is available not just the first game on your que so they did not send you the wrong game they sent you the game with the greatest availability at the time.

i put modern warfare 3 in my Q long before the release date was announced or even determinded and they sent it to me on the 7th (too bad i hasnt gotten here yet :-/) this is all rookie stuff dude u gotta wait just like everybody else gamefly even explains this multiple times theres no way u could miss it this is just complaining for the sake of complaining

iv been getting every single new game either the day it comes out or the day after, but to do that u have make sure its the only game in ur Q it works.

You're not very bright, are ya? Sending you the wrong game? Why are they in your Q in the first place if you don't want them?
Go to Redbox and get that stupid game. This isn't even customer service, it's a members Q&A message board. Even contacting customer support wouldn't do anything by way of sending you the game you want. You'll just have to keep getting the "wrong" game for a few more months.
