No, but you can create it (a similar one) in the Initiation Station.

NO because some clothes and tatts suck in sr3 and there isn't any jewlery stores anymore

i have this game and you can't really upload your character from saints row 2 onto saints row 3.

Nope. Only your character from the 3rd for the 3rd. Would have been nice but they got rid of a bunch of stuff from 2 let alone the clothes. Im not sure how to download characters for the 3rd, I think you have to go online. Why you can't do this from in game boggles my mind, so I have to stop playing, go on my computer, do some crap online, start up the game again and now I can have some character that resembles some person on a show that someone else made......no thanks.

no sorry you cant,due to saints row 2 had cartoonish graphics and saints row 3 has much better quality graphics. Also if you download the initiation station and go to saintsrow.com u can download characters other people created,in all actually it is pretty neat.
