Currently in your Q, you can see all titles you've added. There is no "old game Q"
But if you mean the games you've rented in the past, you can view it here:

Older GameQ? There's no older GameQ. However, if you go to "My Account" and press "Rental History" you'll find a list of games you rented and when you rented them.
