What is it going to take???

This is not customer support this is not customer support this is not customer support this is not customer support!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is it going to take to get it through their thick skulls! I heard the question about the forum, and if it was made I would definitely leave this craphole. Well it didn't used to be a craphole. This place was once sane! So for now how do we get it through these newcomers thick skulls that this is not CS?

im not that surprised, i have been answering questions since around late march and the boards then were crammed with as much customer support related stuff as they are now,i don't visit the site much any more but even when i do it has about half the boards full of questions that should be linked/directed to the customer support.
the bottom line is they know whats wrong and what it would take to fix it but it's not a top priority for gamefly cuz they don't gain anything from fixing/updating the site(at least in the way of cash or promise of future customers),the last thing i have to say about the site being fixed or changed so all the frequent users can answer without seeing a dozen lame where's my game questions is DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH

  1. It'll probably take a bright flashing box that pops up in the middle of the screen whenever somebody types in account-specific keywords when trying to ask a question, that will force them to click on it and find all of the previous Q&A's leading them to the appropriate answer.

      1. I discussed on 1 of my questions why I believe these questions keep coming in. Basically, it's because it's in the wrong place, with the wrong title, is run by a companie who doesn't care, and too many customer support questions piling in every second resulting in MORE of them. But, if we ask more game related questions we can at least lessen the constant flow; I only say lessen because as DigitalGuy said we never will stop them from doing this. And he's right.
