Garrus Vakarian.

The character I liked the most was Zaeed I mean the guy took a bullet to the head and all it did was piss him off... Thane and new Garrus is in close second though. I say new Garrus cause he is like Garrus only pissed off and trigger happy.

Mine is still shepard. Even though the supporting cast is really well done, they still don't have the freedom or impact Shepard does. It is almost sad really that ultimately you still are in complete control of their fate, it would be nice to see a little rougeness in them that required you to adjust your plans to help out, it would make the characters that much more believable. I just can't help but feel that everything goes according to plan no matter what you choose.
