The game companies won't allow it. They only give it when you purchase the game to try and stop people from renting the games, and buying them. Simple.

they are single use codes and for new games only this is a way the companys make their money back cause once the game is purchased new the companys dont make any more money.they dont make a dime off used games or rentals without dlc or online passes.
