Since Red Dead Redemption is the sequel to Red Dead Revolver, I doubt there will be any such game as Redemption 2, though there are many people who share the idea that there should be another addition to the series, which people have called "Red Dead Revenge."
Personally I don't see where else the game could go, but if you were to play as John's son it's possible there could be something there; unless they were to make a prequel and play through the early beginnings of John Marston. It sounds like it has the potential for becoming a good game, but I have my doubts there is much more to build upon with this title.
