How do I unlock the different locations in the game, have only been able to play the night club.

I always play "classes" (all 3 levels) not Zumba Party, is it the reason why I can't seem to unlock anything?

I think you have to unlock more modes by scoring high. I think that when you unlock modes you also get different locations.
