I bought Battlefield 3 day it came out, and after being thoroughly disappointed in it I'm looking forward to what's next, and its gotta be Elder Scrolls 5 and MW3... Just mad I waisted money on BF3..

My big games of the year were Dark Souls (which I platinumed already :) ) and Skyrim. Dark Souls has an unfair rep for being ultra hard when the truth is you just have to pay attention at all times and always remember you aren't super human like most games make you out to be.
As for Skyrim, this is just to be honest if you plan on giving it the time you really need to in order to immerse yourself in the experience and enjoy what the game has to offer you really don't need MW3 at all. This isn't a knock to MW3 because the same could be said about Skyrim if you chose MW3 instead.
I am sorry you didn't like BF3. I know what you mean about wasting money on a game, I was talked into buying Hunted the Demon's Forge earlier this year and I am still mad about that.
I will probably buy Arkham City and Assassin's Creed after I am finished with Skyrim just to support those two franchises.

Im at game overload right now. I just started playing though mass effect again after I beat arkam City, but I keep going back to playing BF3 and Witcher 2. Mix a little of whatever gamefly sends me in there, and everytime i pick up a controller I have to relearn the movements.
With that said Im droping everything when I get my hands on Skyrim. I might even call into work on the 12:)

I've really enjoyed Arkham City and Battlefield 3. Drake 3 is on its way and WWE 12 is a few more days after that. Two games I'm really looking forward to but are slated for next year are the Last Guardian and Mass Effect 3.

Skyrim. Dark Souls was fun enough, put for pure RPG, and being totally into a game, Skyrim is where its at. Dark Souls is fun for challenge. Skyrim will be fun for content.

I dont know why people hate on Call of Duty just because its the best selling franchise in games right now. But its not the same game every year, Yeah same concept but they change so many things they give the fans what they want. But obivously awaiting MW3 but i also enjoy rpg's Skyrim looks great!
