For me I would also say the Zodiac Killer. He is truly one of the only serial killers to never be fully identified. And his infamous zodiac codes makes him one of the most interesting ever. Some of his codes have yet to be cracked to this day. And the ones that have been are very intriguing.

I'll go with Zodiac to because I just can't think of anyone else. Or how about Dexter. Now he is a serial killer.
