I had a game "Gears of War 3" to be precise on the top of my list. The game was avaiable now for three days between thursday anf friday and the other games on my list have not came out yet. Now Gears of War 3 is low again and i didnt get it
What's up with that?
If a game is avaiable now why cant i get it NOW?

It's likely because it had come back in stock, then was sent out to other users in the order they've had it in their Q longest. The users who've had it in their Q longer than you get it first, when your time comes you will get it. You'll just have to be patient. Available now doesn't exactly mean nobody else is trying to get it, there are many times I've had it happen to me. I just had to wait my turn like you and everyone else. It's not an isolated incident, it is a common theme with GameFly.
Make sure the other games in your Top 5 are High or better availability and you should have one sent out soon. Trial and error will help you learn the ropes when trying to get games, it just takes a little bit of effort and forethought.

Your game was not received then, it takes 2-5 days for gamefly to receive your game then they ship the next day! You have to practice your timing and you'll get a good game like that.
