or is that just something you have to do because a game on my gameQ says available now and i have a 2 game plan with only one out cause im waiting for this game to come in and your not sending it out?

Game availability statues appear artificially high after closing time (nights, early mornings) and especially on the weekends. Many games have been returned back into the system but there are no games being shipped out.
Once normal operations begin again the statuses quickly lower as copies are being sent out.
Remember, any member who has had a given title in their GameQ longer than you will be sent the game first. You should have at least 10 games in your GameQ to make sure receive a game in a timely manner. If you're dead set on a particular title, you may have to wait until it becomes more available.
