Well yeah in Dead Rising 2 he did get cornered, but I guess they just wanted to make a Dead Rising 2: Off the Record where he's not dead anymore and kicking zombie butt as good as ever.

  1. the dude in the 1st game never died, if you see the real ending where he on that tank, he didnt die, they just ended it at that point,

    1. i thought he died. when i defeated the soldier guy all frank did was scream on the tank. i thought he was turning into zombie and it was painful
