Does dead island have a two player co-op in it? If yes when do i ge to play with them

It has online 4 player co-op that can be enabled to join and leave on the fly. You could play with anyone from start to finish or join in late or drop out early. As for offline, I do not believe so.

AW i was hoping it was multiplayer offline. Can I have two players play online on one console Left4dead2 style???

Dead island does not have offline co-op, it says it on the box but the company made a type-o on the box. It only has online co-op, which made me and my couison very mad. Sorry man.
