Under the name of the game is the rent button click it. Then it will be added to your queue. Then click on the My GameQ button at the very end of the bar you see on Gamefly's homepage.

Check the availability before you rent a game. Very low is very not likely to come (although I have had some luck with very low games). Low is just a small chance that it could come. Medium is a moderate chance that it could come. High is a moderately high chance it can come. Very high is where the game is very likely to come. Available now is where a game is available at each of their 5 shipping centers.

A game usually takes 3-5 days to come but if you live relatively close to a shipping center it could take 2-4 days or less.
