One of my games don't work what should i do?

GO TO THE TOP RIGHT CORNER AND CLICK "MY ACCOUNT" AND THERE U CAN REPORT A SHIPPING PROBLEM

Before reporting a game as damaged, please try troubleshooting your console first. If the disc appears dirty, try wiping it with a clean cloth. Start in the center of the disc and wipe outwards. Please avoid wiping in a circle as this can damage the game.
If you continue to have problems, go to Report A Shipping Problem on the GameQ page and select 'The game was damaged, scratched or unplayable.' If you need further assistance, please contact our support team directly at Support@GameFly.com
