Well, there's a difference in maps, weapon balance, etc. But mostly the anniversary edition is just coming for the sake of nostalgia for older fans of the series and to give newer fans an idea of where the series started, kind of like the other HD collections that have been put out so far.

Well it is an Anniversary Edition. I'm sure they'll have a lot of bonus content, plus new weapons and maps. They also will incluse upgraded graphics and Internet connectivity superior to the XBox (but that's obvious). So, Combat Evovled will have a lot more than Reach.
