Will the story for the new ratchet and clank game, a crack in time, make sense if i havent played the lasttwo?

I played the first three or four i cant really remember...but will the new one still make sense or should i go back and fill in the gap

there are a few little things you should know, that i dont want to spoil for anyone, but the intro to a crack in time should get you up to speed pretty quickly
