I've had Gears of War 3 in my queue for a week or so now and I was wondering what the usual waiting time is for "low" availability games

It really depends. I'm not 100% sure how they work who gets what but It seems to usually be first come, first serve, and may not always get to you no matter what the availability. The "low" is just more of a rough estimate on the odds of you getting it at the time you check.

It's seems random Ive had them sent next day or next week my suggestion to get low games is to only have the games you want in your Q so if you have one game out at a time only put that 1 game in your q so there's no other option for them.

There is no estimated time, its just telling you its low availability 25%-49% chance of shipping to you. I've had it in my game Q for awhile now to, and yeah it sucks I want to play it. Its all about luck if they have it when they see the game you want.

Whenever I have a low game it only takes about 2-3 days for them to send it to me but that's just me. That's actually how long it took for them to send it to me although I had the game on my Q for about a month.
