Online codes do not come with the rental of a game. If you select the Keep option and purchase the disc you have out, then we will ship you the case and manual, which contain the online code. Feel free to email support@gamefly.com for assistance.

Most games that require an online pass also offer a free trial. Usually you can access this by entering the online section of the game.

Online codes were designed so that game companies could discourage renting and encourage buying. Consider buying games.
