I have the 2 game membership and I have one game out. It has said "available now" several times.

it ships to people who have had it in their Q longer. I've watched games pass me by multiple times when I look on the site one day seeing "Available Now" next to a game, then the next day says "Low" - you should have had it in your Q for much longer than 2 weeks, there's tons of people who put it in their Q months ago, I guarantee it.
I've been a subscriber to gamefly for a year now, and it took me a while to finally figure that one out. Keep it up there, but play some other games during the mean time until your copy will be sent.

Just keep it there at your #1 and it should be shipped soon once more copies are available. A Pro Tip I guess would be to put games yet to be released in your Q before they are out.
