If you can only buy one though I would get Gun Ruuners. The preored stuff is so-so and more to help you starting out than in the long run

I'd say go for the GRA DLC. It has tons of unique weapons, from energy, laser, rifles, melee, etc. It has comes with several new challenges to complete as you explore the Mojave. The pre-order bonuses are cool to have, but in my opinion there just not substantial enough to warrant a buy.
