adly you loose more than that man,i started with the classic controls too but after getting used to the "new" stick controls i had way more fun, use the practice mode to try out the sticks and the"new" controls it's worth it,btw that game is friggin sweet man i own the nhl11 and i rented 12 they improved it quite a bit,just reply if you have any more NHL questions
