it states we have a game at home but we have never received it. what do we do?

Type "At Home" into the search for answers tab. I'm sure you'll find one of several hundred replies to this exact same question. You can also use the Help/FAQ area. The answer is there too.

it always says "At home" after it has been shippped from the facility, after that it's purely up to the speed at which the Post Office will deliver it to you. 3-5 days on average, but may take as long as 7 days in the rarest cases. You will have to contact customer support if you still haven't received it after that, which can be accessed from the "My Account" page-report shipping problem. Thanks
