How do I turn OFF the vibration on the controller?

I cannot find anywhere in the on-screen controls that allows me to turn vibration off; but it is very distracting!

Hold down the PS button on the controller. An on screen display will pop up. Select the second option "Controller Settings." Then select "Vibration Functions" and switch it to Off.
