There is no current news but based on past titles, and the new custom features made for 2k12 its likey your going to have to go though the creation process again.

    1. No, you can never import an nba my player from the previous year title. Only in college hoops, to nba, but we all know what happened to college hoops. In 2k12, you will have to start from sctatch, but this year you will begin as a 60s overall.
