why have i not been getting games in my top five its been going on for a month now

The way gamefly does it is that whatever has the most availability is the game they send,so if the game has a low availability it will take longer to ship.The amount of days the games take to ship is usually 2-4 days(sometimes more depending on the availability).If the game has a high or mid availability is will probably take less.hope i helped happy gaming :).

If your new to gamefly and your asking for new releases get ready for dissappointment. Apparently they use some kind of seniority rule so I guess if two people want the same game it goes to the person whos been here the longest. However if you really want something from your top 5 remove everything else in your Game Q
