I think I saw a few xbox360 gun controllers when i searched, but is there a new one coming out? or a "best" one to use with RAGE?

I really don't know what you mean, if you mean like a light gun I never heard of one for the 360. I know PS3 has the sharp shooter attachment for it's Move controller but that is about it.
Microsoft isn't fond of that kind of stuff because it gets in the way of the ideals of the Kinect.
