This is not the place to report this. To do so, go to "Report A Shipping Problem" and select "The game was damaged, scratched or unplayable". You will then need to return the game and they will send you a new one. They will try their best to send you the same game but if availability is too low then you may get a different one.
First login, then go to "My Account". On the left hand side there's a box called "ACCOUNT PROFILE" after you see the box look for "Change My Membership Plan" and click it. Then scroll down and you'll see "My Membership Terms" once you find it look under the terms and you'll see "Cancel My Membership" and there you go! Its cancelled! Hoped I helped!
