I've requested Dirt 3 and I have been waiting forever to get it and the last time I saw it had the availability as available now but GameFly sent Need For Speed Shift 2 Unleashed can anyone explain why that happend?

Make sure the game you want is at the top of your GameQ. Also theres hundreds of thousands of other users that use GF so availability is always shifting and cant be 100% accurate at all times. Just put the games you want the most in the top 10 and be patient you will receive them eventually.

other people who have had it in their Q for longer than you have, I have seen titles available now, and still not received them myself until much later. When a game is in stock it is sent out to those who have had them in their list first, it seems. Patience is definitely a virtue when it comes to renting games through this company, but eventually it pays off. Even though I have had to wait a few months for the newest titles to get to my house, I still have few, if any, complaints about the GameFly service.
