Yes they will but Valve is an interesting company. They probably won't revisit the franchise til they have something new to really make it feel fresh and most likely PC/PS3 will be the lead platforms because of steam works. I have a feeling 360 isn't really going to get much love from Valve going forward.

Valve is known for going dark with franchises then out of the blue releasing a new great title in their respective worlds.
