I am inclined to believe no you don't need Move. Most games that have Move logos on them still support the standard controller. Being as Rune Factory is coming to PS3, I don't see why they would alienate most the install base to sell to by making it work exclusively with Move, when other titles in the franchise can use a standard controller just fine.
