Will a new GTA be released?

Is IV the last one or will there be more? Besides episodes from liberty city.

Oh there better be more. I loved GTA 4 ( Music from the Homeland, anyone?). I've heard that GTA 5 is to be released sometime during the fall of 2012, but I can't really back that up with any facts.
