2011. better user interface AND you can still play online. 2009 nascar has been shut down online.

Need For Speed Most Wanted. I know its not one of your choices but if you want to race play a Need For Speed game.

Equally boring so I would save your money and go with 09...I recommend Need for Speed or my personal favorite Midnight Club LA
