i have not recieved my game but it says i have it out?

It will say your game is at "At Home" once Gamefly sends your game(s) and it will stay that way until Gamefly receives your games. Gamefly has 5 shipping locations. It can take 3-5 days or 5-7 days for you to get your game(s). If you go to your "My Account" page, scroll down until you see the "My Membership Terms" box and it will tell your primary shipping location. If you have it has been over a week, and you still don't have your game(s), go to the "My Account" page and click on the "Report a Shipping Problem" link.

It can't say "in the mail" and switch to "at home" when the game is in your mailbox. When it says at home it means they have shipped the game, not literally at your house.
