well it wouldnt happen. i highly doubt anyone would make a movie off of a game thats so open world and you can do literally anything. thats like making fable 3 a movie it just wouldnt make any sence

Honestly, quite sad. The media cannot capture the multiple endings of Fallout and make just another failure of Hollywood.
