How Do I import tracks from older GH games to this game?

I just Warriors of Rock and noticed that I could import songs from older Guitar Hero games. I went to the official GH page, and tried to do what they suggested, but I guess they've shut down the GH servers or something because I just could not buy the import key for either Band Hero or World Tour. Anyone know what I can do?

It should just let you do it through the console. I'm not sure what the problem could be. Have you solved this yet?
