Given the trend of the games going in a positive direction I would say the benefit of the doubt is yes it will be good. As much as I get nervous that this series is annual, Ubisoft has treated gamers right by it. So far the games have all been better then the last so I doubt they will go backwards.

It seems they have a clear vision of what they want to do with the game and spend the time and money to deliver. It should be a welcome game in the series and as a AAA title.
