How do you get Shaymin in Pokemon Platinum?

In the US, you could only get Shaymin in the Toys'R'Us event, but it already passed. I'm not sure if they will be having another event.
Only other way that I know of to get it is with a GameShark or something. They are hard to obtain w/o cheating.
