No. It is going to be freaking awesome. The original Deus Ex was a GREAT game. Plus they took their time to get this one right. I will be surprised if this one sucks like Duke Nukem did.

I've been a fan of the first two Deus Ex's, and I'm really expecting alot from this game.
Even though, you didn't play the first two, I'd assure you that you're going to like it.

Haven't played the others but I do acknowledge that the first is considered one of the best pc games of all time. Gameplay I've seen for it looks sick and I plan on buying it very likely.

I think it will be a awsome game becuse it oncoperated real elelments into the game just like one of my other all time favorite game, Metal Gear solid: 4 andi hope it will have the same edge that metal had in this game and i was hoping a game like this would come out soon thx :-) GO PONIES

Looks to be an RPG/FPS hybrid. Early critic reviews say the game can be very open ended and payed how you want. I like my M rated games to have blood, guts, sex, drugs, and violence. (I know, those things don't "make" a game, but I like them anyway.) This seems to have it all. And who wouldn't want to play a game based in a 2027 Detroit?
Trailers can be deceiving...but I did add the game to my queue. I hope it's good, I'll have to wait and see.

After reading the PC gamer review of it I immediately preordered it on Steam. They gave it a 94% (same as the first Deus Ex), and said the only problems were some strange boss fights, and a few areas that felt smaller than they should have been. Otherwise, the game sounds near perfect. I haven't seen any other reviews at this time (critic or user, since it's not out yet), so that's all I have to go on, and it's quite high praise.
Also the first is one of the best games of all time. If this game even comes close, but is updated in meaningful ways, it's going to be spectacular, perhaps game of the year material.
