uh, yeah. They actually probably have, just not posted yet. There IS selection on the title screen that says "Downloadable Content"

most definately. there already is for the PS3. that's the exclusive Joker Challenge map. it was downloadable from the PSN before the game was even out, which confused me.. as I saw that it was available to download and thought the game was released early!. alas, it wasn't. haha
