In the game Pokemon Heartgold, where do I find the medince for the sick pokemon in the lighthouse
I went to Ecruteak City twice and could not find any medicine

Cianwood City. You have to surf southwest of Olivine to get there. There's a special medicine shop there, as well as the 5th gym.
