I sent a game back a week ago and want to make sure that i sent it the correct way. I have not received another game yet and my account stills says that i have the game at home.

If that is the case they haven't got your game yet, the "AT Home" section cleared out is the fastest way to tell if they received your game yet.
I would contact gamefly tech support and ask about this if it has been a week already.
