I think a lot of people who do those tend to capture their own video. There are some free PC programs that will do it, like fraps (I think there's a free version of it). Though if you're trying to capture from console there may be some way to rig something up to capture video, but most likely you'll need a capture card, which I think some of the cheaper ones go for $50-100.
