Inside of your barn, you will see a bin on the left side. This is the garbage bin. Put two things of garbage (Flowers are recommended, just just put some flowers in the bin.) in there, and you will get one square worth of fertilizer maker.

Not sure if you can buy it.. but thats how you make it.
