Today, I got Dragon Age 2 (PS3). Upon clicking new game I am taken to a loading screen. It's been three hours, and this is my third time on the loading screen. It just won't get past the first loading screen. How can I fix this?

it may be the game but do not rule out the system, check other games of yours, then contact gamefly support, in the top right hand corner account, then use the caution sign on the left , select the game then the issue, they will email you

Before reporting a game as damaged, please try wiping it with a clean non-abrasive cloth. Start in the center of the disc and wipe outwards. Please avoid wiping in a circle as this can damage the game.
