How do you beat king Hippo in punch out?

you have to hit him in the face when his mouth is open, then hit him in the stomach when he grabs his face. he opens his mouth after and before overhand punches, and jabs, as well as after his hand slam move. just duck and counter with one to the face then focus on the body til he grabs his shorts then you can go right back to the head or stay with the body.
