It's likely low availability. The longer you keep it in your queue the higher priority you get on receiving it, so the only thing you can really do is keep it there until either the demand dies down or you get bumped far enough up the list to get it.

Hang in there. For the first 3 weeks of my membership I was getting number 7 and down on my gameq. For the last two rentals gamefly has been sending my #1 even thou it was a low availabily. If you really can't wait and you have to play the game NOW, try the Redbox. I know Redbox has it for $2.15 a day.

Since the question has been answered already I'm gonna offer an opinion. That game is not worth waiting for.

First I really must say why is Duke Nukem your #1 game? Its fine that you want to play it and that is your choice I am not trying to criticize you for it, I am just wondering because the reviews of that game are aweful and most find its jokes so unfunny they are borderline offensive for no real reason. Some people even say they put back the gaming industry 10+ years in validation with a title this bad. So I am just wondering why its #1 for you.
I had a #1 for 2 months before it was sent out to me, its a JRPG with a bad name so I won't try to spell it but I did finally get it. I never put a game on my Q that I wouldn't be happy to play at any time. I recommend you do the same so you aren't so disappointed.
