that way if the shipping loses the game it can be known it was there fault and not mine. i didnt lose a game, just not trying to get n a bad situation. and does a game have to get back to gamefly before they ship me another game?

Gamefly knows you sent a game back when they receive the title. There is no other way to let them know.
Gamefly will only send out a game if you have a slot available to receive a new game. So if you have a one game plan, you can't have any game out to receive a game, if you have a two game plan and only one out your are eligible to receive a second game sent out.
